On July 13, 2023, Baoding Hongcheng Converter Manufacturing Co., Ltd. successfully won the bidding for painting production line rectifier power supply equipment in Chongqing Changan Yubei Factory replacement and green intelligent upgrade construction project with complete design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, after-sales system and good corporate reputation.
Yubei Factory of Changan Automobile Co., Ltd. is the birthplace of Changan autonomous cars and the first autonomous car production base of Changan.
Factory was established in October 2004, covers an area of about 750 mu, construction area of about 255 mu.
The total investment of the factory is 2.8 billion yuan, and the annual designed production capacity is 280,000 units, which has made outstanding contributions to the sales of Chinese brand cars.
The factory has two bases (Yubei Base, fish mouth base), six functional departments and four process workshops, employing a total of more than 8,000 people.

This E51 new energy pure electric van is a new launch of Geely commercial vehicles, which is an electric light bus type created for diversified needs such as urban distribution and logistics transportation.

This project has an annual output of 30,000 multi-functional commercial vehicles, which is another large-scale application site of Hongcheng Silicon Carbide (SiC) module power supply after Nanning Union and Hefei Volkswagen.
The project adopts high-performance silicon carbide (SiC) module power supply (SiC 100A/400V) independently developed by Hongcheng Company. The product adopts the third generation semiconductor power chip with high power, low loss, high reliability and low heat dissipation performance. The integrated module power supply has more reliable operation, more energy saving, easier installation, easier debugging and more stable output. Higher cost performance.

第六屆汽車車身涂裝工程發展論壇圓滿落幕，共討汽車涂裝未來發展趨勢
2018年7月2-3日，車身工程系列論壇 Car Body Painting 2018 第六屆汽車車身涂裝工程發展論壇在上海卓美亞喜瑪拉雅酒店圓滿落幕，保定宏誠變流器作為本屆論壇的贊助商之一參與了此次會議，并進行了電泳涂漆安全節能解決新方案——HC-MACS（IGBT模塊電源）應用的演講。
本次大會聚焦智能化綠色涂裝工廠、新型材料全新噴涂解決方案、涂裝車間節能降耗、綠色環保、數字化工廠規劃等車身涂裝新工藝、新設備、新技術及面臨的機遇與挑戰，吸引了大會通過演講報告、峰會討論、展品展示等多種形式為供應商和技術專家們提供了以技術交流為基礎，商務對接為核心的絕佳平臺。

2017中國涂裝產業年會暨新型涂裝工藝技術及綠色升級涂裝產品高端研討會，于11月23-25日在北京隆重召開。
此次會議以“攜手共建、綠水青山”為年會主題，同期評選發布涂裝行業“最美涂裝環保企業”“優秀涂裝工程師”獎項！會議邀請了國務院、工信部、科技部、環保部、行業協會，四院，九院，一汽大眾，北汽福田，中國一拖，三一重機，北汽新能源，奇瑞汽車，重慶長安，中通客車，山東大學等眾多單位、企業共計260余人參加。
在年會上，我司總經理袁世鋒先生以“涂裝電泳安全及節能的解決新方案——IGBT模塊電源”為題進行了演講，重點介紹了IGBT模塊電源的發展，原理及應用。現場展示了保定宏誠為汽車涂裝行業服務過的項目成果。
模塊化電源即節電、省電泳漆、省去了功率補償及陽極分流箱的投資成本等。多家汽車廠家產生了濃厚的興趣，表示愿意在新建項目中及改造項目中與宏誠合作，并對宏誠“智能電源的發展”提出更大愿景。宏誠團隊感到肩負著汽車涂裝技術發展使命，斗志昂揚，希望對汽車涂裝技術多貢獻一份力。
為活躍員工身心、豐富業余生活、增強團隊精神，我公司于2017年9月9日組織公司員工進行了半天的野三坡拓展訓練和半天的百里峽景區游覽。
上午八點半，我們到達位于野三坡與百里峽中心地界的拓展基地——清泉山，我們的拓展活動“破冰起航”。
首先我們進行了拓展前的熱身活動，兩個簡單的小游戲消除了大家彼此間的陌生感，活躍了氣氛。然后，大家被教練分成兩組，并被要求在半小時內選出隊長，取隊名，定口號，繪制隊旗，選定隊歌并擺出團隊造型。大家都集思廣益，分工合作，各顯其能。
第一個項目：破冰起航：
大家分成兩組坐在地上，為自己前方的人捏肩捶背，然后轉身向后輪換。游戲迅速消除了員工們的陌生感，營造了很好的拓展氛圍，奠定了團隊建設的基礎。
抓手指游戲充分調動大家的興奮度，增加大家的參與程度，提高團隊的凝聚力，檢驗大家的反應能力。通過這個游戲讓所有人員注意力高度集中起來，拋開其他所有思維，能更快的讓大家進入到一天緊張的工作當中來。
捏鼻子游戲通過讓大家雙手交叉旋轉來捏住自己的鼻子，然后再雙手反轉使兩只手分離。通過這個游戲使大家認識到有些時候需要打破自己的固有思維，就像雙手交叉這個動作一樣，手指位置不一樣，最后的結果也不一樣。
接下來的項目教練把大家隨機分成了兩組，并分組討論隊名、口號和隊歌，最后進行隊形展示。
第二個項目是蛟龍出海：
蛟龍出海是一個團隊配合的項目，全隊的伙伴用綁腿繩將腳連在一塊，橫向一排。通過側行和前行規定的路線，在盡量少的時間內從起點到達終點。在這個項目中，團隊配合是至關重要的，如何調整自己與團隊的步伐，稱為團隊成功的關鍵。
比賽馬上開始了
比賽中輸了的王者必勝隊接受懲罰——“人家下次一定要贏哦！”
最后一項是智慧七巧板，這個游戲看起來很簡單，但是由于分成的七個小組都有各自的任務，游戲開始前各小組也沒有一起讀任務卡，在剛開始的一段時間里，都處于各自為王的狀態，專注于自身的工作任務。在這個過程中，我們忽略了太多的因素。明確的目標，充分的溝通交流，執行力。一開始就各自悶頭做事，不知道整個團隊的目標，更沒有做到充分的溝通交流，即使在游戲進行一半的時候才知道團隊的目標，而這個目標卻沒有得到徹底的執行。各個小組之間沒有充分的交流，導致各忙各的，有的甚至連七巧板片片都得到不到，白白耽誤時間。這一點在實際的工作中，又何嘗不是呢。公司就是一個大團隊，全體員工都要明確我們共同的目標，然后各個部門圍繞著這個目標，去調動本部門的資源，分工協調，有效溝通，并以很好的的執行力最終完成公司的目標。
沒有靈魂的團隊，就像盤散沙，不可想象。幾個集體游戲如果沒有人指揮，沒有簡單的謀劃，沒有人付出和奉獻，在有限的時間里將如何去完成？工作中又何嘗不是如此呢？團隊不僅僅是幾個人，幾十個人，甚至幾百個人，幾千個人站在一起就能稱為團隊，而且在團隊中還需要成員之間的團結，協作和默契，相互的信任等一系列諸多因素的集合，才能稱為團隊。通過這種拓展訓練項目，也使我們員工成為一個真正能夠發現問題、解決問題的戰略團隊，大家各司其職、各負其責，在訓練過程中不斷形成一種默契，由原來松散的個體磨合成為一個能夠沖破任何防線的團隊。
結束了上午半天的拓展訓練，下午我們來到了野三坡獨具特色的景區被譽為“天下第一峽”的百里峽景區進行自由活動。
開心的時光總是過得特別快，下午五點半我們開始返程，本次活動圓滿結束。但美好的記憶和愉快的心情被帶回來了，大家的身心得到放松和調整，同事之間增進了解，營造了團結、活躍、奮進的氛圍，而且還將延續著。在以后的工作中，這些快樂將更加激勵大家努力向前，為公司創造優秀的成績！
